Organized in both an educational and civic spirit, the European Dictation is much more than a simple spelling exercise. It is an invitation to discover Robert Schuman, considered one of the founding fathers of the EU, and to better understand the humanist, democratic, and solidarity-based values on which our Europe rests today.
Through a carefully prepared text, participants travel through time and space, between European history and the French language, while exploring key notions such as peace and cooperation.
This activity combines the pleasure of words, reflection, and cultural discovery.
Objectives:
- Explore a European theme through a unique text written by the CERS.
- Celebrate the French language through a fun and educational activity.
- Strengthen participants’ language and spelling skills.
