For almost twenty years, the CERS has welcomed a long-term European volunteer into its team every year. With the UN having declared 2026 the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development, we wanted to put these people in the spotlight. Their commitment, energy and fresh perspective greatly enrich CERS’s work: they are our stars.
To celebrate them, this year we are launching a project dedicated to shining a light on the association’s former volunteers. Through short video clips, they share their stories, what their lives are like now, and what their experience at CERS has brought them. The videos will be published on our social media channels throughout the year… don’t miss them!
